Description

As a Mid-Market Customer Success Manager at Brex, you will own a book of accounts, helping finance teams from CFOs to Accounting Managers unlock the full value of Brex's spend management platform. You'll develop deep product expertise, drive adoption, mitigate churn, and expand account value through cross-functional collaboration and strategic account planning.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in customer-facing roles managing book of business at high-growth startup
  • Deep fluency in modern finance ecosystem including ERPs, spend management, or AP automation tools
  • Experience interacting with high volume of customers across lifecycle stages
  • Strong business acumen with finance-first mindset; comfortable speaking with CFOs, Controllers, FP&A
  • Bachelor's degree required; finance, business, or related fields preferred

Responsibilities

  • Develop deep Brex product expertise to guide customers as power users
  • Proactively manage book of accounts to drive adoption, value realization, and growth
  • Act as trusted advisor on spend management, credit policy, reconciliation, and financial reporting automation
  • Build multi-threaded relationships across finance, procurement, AP, IT, and security
  • Identify and mitigate churn risks using data analysis and issue resolution
