Description

You will build and improve systems to collect metrics and data from customer network devices, support a variety of devices, perform gap analysis, define configuration schemas, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance data accuracy. This is a new role with the opportunity to shape the function as the team grows.

Requirements

• 6+ years experience building/maintaining production SaaS software
• Scripting experience (Starlark/Python)
• Familiarity with strongly-typed languages (Go) and data service patterns
• Strong desire to learn, grow, and take ownership
• Knowledge of networking protocols (SNMP, gNMI) is a plus

Responsibilities

• Build support and map data for network devices
• Perform device support gap analysis for new/prospective customers
• Define configuration schemas for data ingestion
• Improve data collection accuracy and strategies
