You'll support customers via live chat, email, and phone as part of GoStudent's global customer service team, primarily in German. You'll coordinate lesson scheduling and act as a bridge between the service team and tutor network for smooth operations. 🎯 What You'll Do
- Provide customer support via live chat, email, and phone
- Coordinate lesson planning and teacher searches
- Handle reservations and urgent requests across regions
- Act as liaison between customer service and tutor network
📋 Requirements
- 2–5 years customer service or call center experience
- C1/C2 level German proficiency
- CRM systems proficiency and adaptability to new software
✨ Nice to Have
- Additional languages (English, Italian, Spanish, French, Polish, or Greek at B2+)
- Experience with translation tools
