You'll support customers via live chat, email, and phone as part of GoStudent's global customer service team, primarily in German. You'll coordinate lesson scheduling and act as a bridge between the service team and tutor network for smooth operations. This hybrid/remote role offers hands-on experience in a fast-growing edtech company.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Provide customer support via live chat, email, and phone
  • Coordinate lesson planning and teacher searches
  • Handle reservations and urgent requests across regions
  • Act as liaison between customer service and tutor network

📋 Requirements

  • 2–5 years customer service or call center experience
  • C1/C2 level German proficiency
  • CRM systems proficiency and adaptability to new software

  • Additional languages (English, Italian, Spanish, French, Polish, or Greek at B2+)
  • Experience with translation tools
