💼 About This Role

You'll lead the Data Platform team at SentiLink, building and scaling the data infrastructure that powers identity verification and fraud detection products. Your work will enable reliable, accessible data for all engineering and data science teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and grow a team of data engineers
• Define technical vision for data ingestion and processing
• Design scalable batch and real-time data pipelines
• Ensure data quality, reliability, and observability

📋 Requirements

• 2-5+ years of engineering management experience
• Strong background as senior/staff data or backend engineer
• Experience building data platforms including ETL/ELT pipelines
• Proficiency in Python or Golang

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Spark, Kafka, or Flink
• Familiarity with data lakes and Redshift
• Fintech or fraud domain experience
