💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the attending physician for patients in skilled nursing facilities, building trust and continuity of care. You'll collaborate with NPs/PAs and utilize an EHR with voice dictation for efficient workflows. This role offers flexible scheduling, uncapped productivity-based compensation, and a longevity bonus of up to $50,000.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as attending physician for patients in each assigned SNF.
• Collaborate with NPs/PAs to manage daily patient care and clinical supervision.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions in patient-centered primary care.
• Participate in Chronic Care Management, Transitional Care, and Remote Patient Monitoring initiatives.

📋 Requirements

• Active U.S. medical license as an MD or DO.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in an appropriate specialty.
• Qualified specialties include Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or similar.
