You'll act as the main point of contact for strategic clients using the Ebury Connect platform, combining operational and commercial responsibilities. You'll drive account profitability through upselling and cross-selling while managing operational flows and client relationships.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Act as main point of contact for strategic Ebury Connect clients
- Create and execute commercial strategies for upselling and cross-selling
- Conduct regular performance review meetings with clients
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve incidents and improve operations
📋 Requirements
- Experience in Customer Success or Relationship Management
- Experience in international payments and foreign exchange operations
- Experience managing corporate accounts or B2B partners
- Advanced or fluent English

- Experience with FX quotation, settlement, and reconciliation flows
- Analytical profile with problem-solving mindset
