You'll drive growth by recruiting top talent to Netlight, leading the full recruitment process from start to finish. Your work will be hands-on, analytical, and people-centric, directly impacting the company's success. You'll also contribute to mentorship, retention, and culture initiatives.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
• Collaborate with consultants and leadership to identify hiring needs
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for top tech talent
• Analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring processes

📋 Requirements

• Graduate in 2025 or 2026
• Master's degree or Engineering degree
• Verbal and written fluency in Swedish and English
• Passion for people, recruitment, and the tech industry
