Description

You will manage a diverse patient panel, conducting acute, chronic, and well visits both in-office and via telehealth. Collaborate with your team during daily huddles and weekly clinical rounds, and have opportunities to perform in-office procedures.

Requirements

• Completed accredited NP or PA program with national certification
• State licensed in California by start date
• 2 years outpatient primary care experience (or 1 year with fellowship/urgent care) in past 5 years
• Experience with LARC insertion and colposcopy preferred
• Passion for human-centered primary care and effective communication

Responsibilities

• Manage patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits
• Treat patients in-office and conduct occasional tele-health visits
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and daily huddles
• Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams
