💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the first dedicated internal HR hire for a growing agency, balancing day-to-day operations with strategic people initiatives. You'll act as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees across the U.S. and Canada, and lead recruitment for pharma/healthcare marketing roles. This role reports to the Fractional Head of HR and is fully remote.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Advise managers on HR policies, performance, and employee relations
• Manage full-cycle recruitment, sourcing, and offer coordination
• Lead onboarding, offboarding, and compliance for US and Canada
• Design and implement learning, development, and culture initiatives

📋 Requirements

• 5-7+ years progressive HR experience in professional services or agency
• Strong knowledge of U.S. employment laws (Canadian experience a bonus)
• Hands-on recruitment and talent acquisition experience
• Expertise in at least three HR disciplines from the list provided
