💼 About This Role

You'll own and optimize the performance, reliability, and configuration of our BillingPlatform environment, ensuring accurate billing and seamless quote-to-cash execution. You'll partner with Finance and IT to drive continuous improvement and automation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as primary admin for BillingPlatform, managing configuration and data integrity.
• Support daily billing operations including invoice generation and credit/debit memos.
• Lead root-cause analysis and resolution of billing and integration issues.
• Design and implement system enhancements and process automations.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years administering a usage-based billing system (BillingPlatform, Zuora, etc.).
• Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash and Revenue Recognition processes.
• Experience integrating CRM (Salesforce) and ERP (NetSuite) in a SaaS environment.
• Solid knowledge of data governance and financial compliance principles.

• Intermediate to advanced SQL and reporting skills.
• Hands-on experience with BillingPlatform itself.
