Description
You will activate and build out Parento's broker sales channel on the west coast and mountain regions, leveraging your existing relationships with benefits brokers. Working closely with the CEO, you will establish sales strategy, train and onboard new brokers, and manage ongoing relationships to expand access to paid parental leave.
Requirements
- Past brokerage or insurance sales experience in HR or benefits space
- Well-established relationships with benefits brokers
- Desire to build a business, not just a book of business
- Self-starter and motivated to achieve
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Build agent and broker relationships and identify partnership opportunities
- Cultivate brokerage markets and manage broker relationships
- Create and execute marketing plan to increase new and renewal business
- Execute sales strategy and broker engagement strategy
- Seek out new opportunities, develop leads, and set metrics
