💼 About This Role

You'll serve as a trusted telephonic resource guiding seniors through PACE program enrollment at WelbeHealth. You'll assess eligibility and build relationships with prospective participants and their families. This role offers the chance to apply sales expertise in a mission-driven environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Display patience and empathy while building relationships with prospective participants and caregivers.
  • Support inbound campaigns, answer questions, and educate about PACE services and benefits.
  • Make outbound calls to interested prospective participants (not cold calls).
  • Manage leads requiring follow-up and maintain high service levels on all calls.

📋 Requirements

  • Associate's degree or 2 years relevant experience in lieu of degree.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in tele-sales, customer service, Medicare, or PACE sales.
  • Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce or similar).

✨ Nice to Have

  • Medicare Advantage or PACE experience preferred.
  • Medi-Cal knowledge preferred.
