💼 About This Role

You'll build and scale the teacher acquisition channel for Brighterly, an EdTech platform helping US kids learn math and reading. Your work directly impacts hiring by optimizing paid social campaigns and creatives. You'll have autonomy over budget and strategy, joining a fast-growing venture builder.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Create and test ad creatives to improve Cost Per Hire
• Launch, optimize, and scale campaigns in Meta Ads
• Analyze performance and present insights to stakeholders
• Run CRO tests on landing pages with design and dev teams
• Explore new channels like TikTok for teacher acquisition

📋 Requirements

• 2–3+ years in performance marketing or agency role
• Experience with ad budgets of $20k+ per month
• Proven ability to create high-performing Meta or TikTok creatives
• Hands-on CRO experience with landing page testing

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience hiring teachers or in EdTech
• Familiarity with employer branding
• Knowledge of Google Ads and TikTok Ads
