💼 About This Role

You'll own end-to-end payroll processing and statutory compliance for a leading insurtech platform in Southeast Asia. You'll ensure employees are paid accurately and on time every cycle, working closely with People Ops, HRBPs, and Finance. This role offers high trust and precision in a flat, highly motivated team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end monthly payroll processing for Malaysia and regional markets.
• Manage statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, income tax) and ensure compliance.
• Perform payroll checks, reconciliations, and validations prior to payout.
• Coordinate with payroll vendors, regional partners, and EOR providers.

📋 Requirements

• Experience in payroll operations, preferably multi-country or regional.
• Strong understanding of Malaysian payroll legislation and statutory requirements.
• Hands-on experience with payroll systems, HRIS tools, and spreadsheets.
• High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
