🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and own long-term technical vision for major platform components.
• Design and champion new system architectures with clear, stable interfaces.
• Lead complex, high-risk technical programs across 2-3 engineering teams.
• Conduct deep-dive root cause analyses for critical production issues.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• At least 1 year as a staff engineer in a large software organization.
• Deep expertise in architecting distributed, highly-reliable systems.
• Proven ability to influence technical direction without direct authority.

✨ Nice to Have

• Fluency in React, TypeScript, Node.js, Python, C++, Kubernetes.
• Experience partnering with product management and executive leadership.
