You'll ensure seamless onboarding, identify expansion opportunities, and serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop product expertise and support customer integration discussions.
• Conduct regular check-ins and quarterly business reviews with accounts.
• Identify upsell and expansion opportunities aligned with customer goals.
• Monitor account health and proactively resolve issues to reduce churn.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of Senior Customer Success in B2B SaaS.
• Experience managing a book of business > $3M ARR and closing deals.
• Salesforce CRM proficiency including process builder and reports.
• Executive relationship-building with strong communication and presentation skills.
