💼 About This Role

You'll design and implement observability solutions for customers using SigNoz's open-source platform. You'll directly contribute to customer codebases, debug instrumentation, and create technical documentation that engineers rely on, while working with a fully remote, globally distributed team backed by Y Combinator.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design OpenTelemetry instrumentation strategies for customers
• Customize dashboards and optimize for specific use cases
• Create integration guides and troubleshooting documentation
• Contribute to customer codebases and debug instrumentation issues

📋 Requirements

• 2-6 years experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering
• Strong programming skills in Go, Python, Node.js, or Java
• Experience with containerization and Kubernetes
• Excellent technical writing ability

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Background in infrastructure as code
• Systems thinking for distributed architectures
