💼 About This Role

You'll drive execution excellence across JOMIS modern products, optimizing Jira as a high-functioning enterprise system of record. You'll define and enforce Agile best practices while building scalable Jira structures and automation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and implement Agile standards, playbooks, and best practices across teams.
• Configure Jira workflows, roadmaps, dashboards, permissions, and governance.
• Build and maintain advanced dashboards and reports for execution visibility.
• Develop automation solutions (JQL, ScriptRunner) to streamline workflows.

📋 Requirements

• Proven ability to define and implement Agile standards and processes across multiple teams.
• Hands-on experience with Jira configuration, workflows, JQL, and automation tools (ScriptRunner, Jira Automation).
• Experience building dashboards and reporting frameworks for executive-level visibility.
• U.S. Citizenship with ability to obtain/maintain CAC.

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior experience with DHMS, DHA, or similar federal programs.
• Experience with Confluence and JSM (Jira Service Management).
• Experience with Agile frameworks like SAFe or PI planning.
