Requirements

  • 3+ years clinical experience in psycho-oncology or survivorship care
  • Master's degree in behavioral health field
  • Experience with trauma-informed care approaches
  • Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
  • Experience with telehealth delivery

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough assessments and monitor progress to adjust treatment plans
  • Administer evidence-based individual and group survivorship therapy protocols
  • Collaborate closely with the survivorship care team for holistic patient care
  • Support implementation of an innovative collaborative care program (CoCM)
  • Deliver psychoeducation to survivors and families using evidence-based content
