Description

You will drive Relay's brand presence through physical and virtual events, turning live experiences into measurable pipeline and brand loyalty. You'll manage the full event lifecycle—from trade shows to executive roundtables—handling logistics, promotion, and follow-up strategy across the United States.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years experience in event marketing, corporate events, or field marketing (B2B preferred)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to pitch sponsorship opportunities to senior leadership
  • High degree of organization with ability to manage multiple moving parts
  • Ability to travel within the US up to 50%

Responsibilities

  • Research potential tradeshows, attend discovery meetings, request quotes, and pull together contracts
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive event marketing calendar aligned with sales and brand objectives
  • Lead event logistics including vendor management, ordering, shipping/drayage, and on-site setup/takedown
  • Create multi-channel promotional campaigns (email, social media, paid ads) to drive registration
  • Track KPIs (CPL, attendee engagement, attributed revenue) and report ROI
