🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver in-home physical therapy to adult and geriatric patients
• Evaluate mobility, strength, and function for treatment plans
• Implement rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs
• Educate patients and families on recovery and preventive care
• Maintain accurate documentation per Medicare standards

📋 Requirements

• Active physical therapy license in good standing
• BLS CPR certification
• Reliable transportation for home visits
• Basic comfort with technology (email, EMR)
