Description

Lead the evolution of PandaDoc's Document Experience, shaping how structured content, collaboration, and AI-powered assistance come together into cohesive workflows. You'll own the strategy and execution of core document experiences, guiding multiple squads to help customers move faster from ideas to finalized agreements.

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on product management experience in B2B SaaS, ideally across document creation, productivity, collaboration, or content platforms
• Proven experience owning complex user-facing domains end-to-end from strategy through delivery and iteration
• Familiar with document systems, structured content, and cross-format editing models (PDF, DOCX, Markdown, or AI-generated content)
• Direct experience shipping AI-powered product features including defining UX behavior, rollout strategies, and iteration based on real-world usage
• Strong communicator who simplifies complexity, frames trade-offs clearly, and aligns cross-functional teams
