💼 About This Role

You'll design and deliver automated test systems for high-power converters at a well-funded startup. Your work directly determines how fast we ship high-reliability grid hardware. You'll own test architecture from PCBA to end-of-line.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build high-power test cells with safety interlocks
• Develop automated test sequences for power conversion hardware
• Drive Design-for-Test with hardware and firmware teams
• Own fixture design, instrumentation, and automation software

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Experience with high-voltage/power electronics automated test
• End-to-end ownership of test systems from concept to deployment
• Strong Python for test automation (or LabVIEW with Python willingness)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with bi-directional power testing or regenerative loads
• PCBA manufacturing functional test experience
• HIL systems or embedded firmware validation
