💼 About This Role

You'll lead product marketing for Replit, the agentic software creation platform, shaping positioning and messaging across a dual go-to-market motion. You'll own competitive intelligence, launches, and sales enablement to drive market impact. This is a building role to architect the PMM function and team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop product positioning and messaging frameworks
• Drive product launches end-to-end with measurable objectives
• Build competitive intelligence programs and battlecards
• Create sales enablement content and tools
• Support PLG and enterprise go-to-market motions

📋 Requirements

• 15+ years of marketing experience
• 7+ years leading product marketing teams
• Experience in high-growth B2B technology companies
• Deep understanding of product-led growth and sales-led go-to-market

• Background in AI, infrastructure, or platform businesses
• Strong technical acumen in AI agents and cloud infrastructure
