💼 About This Role

You'll build and scale a new management consulting business line at a fast-growing company. Your core impact will be defining strategy, securing executive alignment, and driving go-to-market execution. You'll own the full P&L and partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Talent to launch profitable offerings.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and execute the overall Management Consulting strategy.
• Lead go-to-market plans and launch new offerings iteratively.
• Engage directly with clients to shape solutions and drive growth.
• Manage P&L, balancing revenue growth with operational efficiency.
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Legal.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in management consulting or related field.
• Proven track record of launching or scaling a consulting service line.
• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• US work authorization at time of hire.
