You'll join a team providing exceptional customer service for Houzz professionals across the U.S. and Canada. Your core impact is fielding inbound messages and calls to assist with SaaS and subscription questions. This role offers the chance to work remotely while being part of a supportive, fast-paced team.

- Respond to inbound phone and case inquiries from professionals
- Answer software and subscription questions
- Handle cancellations and escalate issues to appropriate teams
- Train professionals on software via Zoom
๐ Requirements
- At least 6 months of technical or subscription-based support experience
- Customer service experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Focus on software adoption and retention
