🎯 What You'll Do

• Screen work requests and assign to appropriate work groups
• Develop and maintain standard job plans for maintenance
• Schedule proactive maintenance tasks per preventive program
• Coordinate with supervisors to close completed work orders

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering Technology or related field
• Two years of experience in maintenance planning/scheduling using CMMS
• Must have a Texas Driver's License within six months

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Mechanical and Instrumentation/Electrical practices
• Previous administrative experience with a large municipality
• One year experience in large scale purchasing environment
