Description

You will design and develop interactive eLearning modules for Anduril's defense technology products, collaborating with subject matter experts and trainers to create visually compelling digital training content that supports performance and retention.

Requirements

• 3+ years of eLearning development in a corporate, technical, or defense environment
• Proven expertise with Articulate Storyline
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Audition)
• Understanding of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and digital accessibility
• Familiarity with SCORM, xAPI, and LMS integration

Responsibilities

• Design and publish interactive eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline with LMS and SCORM/xAPI compliance
• Create graphics, animations, and media assets with Adobe Creative Cloud tools
• Collaborate with Curriculum Developers and SMEs to storyboard and script course content aligned to learning objectives
• Refine learner-facing materials using PowerPoint, InDesign, and Figma
• Support continuous improvement by analyzing learner feedback and LMS data
