You'll own commercial contracting end-to-end while building scalable legal infrastructure across all areas of the business, from corporate governance to employment law. You'll partner closely with cross-functional leaders to balance velocity with risk management, implementing pragmatic legal processes that enable growth at a high-growth, Series B company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead drafting and negotiation of customer and vendor agreements.
• Provide legal support on corporate matters, equity, and fundraising.
• Advise on employment policies, IP portfolio, and open source licensing.
• Build legal operations processes and monitor regulatory changes.

📋 Requirements

• JD from an accredited U.S. law school and active bar membership.
• 10+ years of relevant legal experience at a top firm or tech company.
• Significant experience with B2B SaaS and software licensing transactions.
• Ability to build legal functions from scratch or scale small teams.
