Description

You will deploy, troubleshoot, and repair Starlink ground hardware as part of a close-knit team, traveling internationally and domestically to resolve issues affecting user service. You'll diagnose fiber optic failures, investigate network and routing hardware issues, and create training documentation to improve team skills.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate
• 2+ years of experience as a mechanic or technician in engineering field (e.g., telecom, ISP)
• Ability to travel approximately 75% of the time
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
• Experience with fiber optics, network installation, or AV installation

Responsibilities

• Deploy, troubleshoot, and repair Starlink ground hardware
• Travel internationally and domestically to resolve hardware issues
• Diagnose failures in fiber optic circuits and execute repairs
• Investigate and resolve issues with onsite commercial network and routing hardware
• Improve and create training documentation for continuous team improvement
