Description

You will oversee the post-signature execution of SentinelOne's most critical technology alliances, owning operational roadmaps, cross-functional alignment, and success programs to drive adoption and business impact. You'll design governance models, KPIs, and playbooks, partnering with Product, Engineering, and Sales to embed partner motions into field execution.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in Customer Success, ecosystem success, alliance execution, or related roles in SaaS/cloud-native company
  • Proven experience leading complex cross-functional programs tied to strategic partnerships
  • Influencing senior stakeholders without direct authority
  • Strong analytical skills with KPI definition and reporting
  • Ability to work remotely within Eastern or Central US time zone

Responsibilities

  • Own post-signature execution of strategic technology alliances
  • Translate partner strategy into operational programs and roadmaps
  • Design alliance success programs including governance and escalation paths
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales to operationalize integrations and drive adoption
  • Define KPIs, success metrics, and reporting frameworks to measure partner health and impact
