You'll join Carvana as a Lot Attendant maintaining vehicle cleanliness and appearance at our Market Hubs. Your work ensures timely deliveries and top customer satisfaction. This entry-level role offers rapid pay growth through our Careers Not Jobs program.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Inspect vehicles for mechanical, drivability or cosmetic concerns
• Wash and vacuum all inventory on a regular basis
• Complete multi-point inspection on arriving inventory
• Maintain positive relationships with coworkers and external vendors

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent is desirable
• Must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license
• Clean driving record for the past 3 years
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
