🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee day-to-day operations within the Inspection Center.
• Mentor and develop direct reports through coaching and training.
• Ensure adherence to operating standards and performance standards.
• Maintain production capacity and assist with production planning.

📋 Requirements

• 5 years of management experience in automotive or lean manufacturing.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
• Experience leading and developing associates.
• Valid unrestricted driver's license with clean driving record.
