You'll lead documentation audits and content standardization for Kiva's Managed Lending team, improving how information is shared internally and externally. You'll help design an internal partnership library and support operational workflows during high-volume periods.

• Audit and standardize internal documentation for clarity and accessibility
• Document key processes and workflows by collaborating with team members
• Draft and update partner-facing resources with clear messaging
• Coordinate with Marketing and Creative to refine materials

• Commit to a 6-month term
