Requirements

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Self-starter with ability to drive deals independently in dynamic environments
  • Experience in business development, hunting, and cold calling
  • Reliable transportation and live in the Sydney market

Responsibilities

  • Drive 50–60 targeted business visits per week
  • Run full-cycle, self-sourced sales motion from lead generation to close
  • Build trust-based relationships and partner cross-functionally for onboarding
  • Develop referral strategies and high-velocity pipeline through outreach and events
  • Maintain operational rigor in Salesforce, track activity, and forecast accurately
