Requirements
- 3+ years full-cycle closing and field sales experience
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Self-starter with ability to drive deals independently in dynamic environments
- Experience in business development, hunting, and cold calling
- Reliable transportation and live in the Sydney market
Responsibilities
- Drive 50–60 targeted business visits per week
- Run full-cycle, self-sourced sales motion from lead generation to close
- Build trust-based relationships and partner cross-functionally for onboarding
- Develop referral strategies and high-velocity pipeline through outreach and events
- Maintain operational rigor in Salesforce, track activity, and forecast accurately
