💼 About This Role

You'll own and scale the accounting function end-to-end at LiveKit, building the infrastructure for the voice-driven era of computing. Your core impact is establishing the GAAP foundation that powers hypergrowth FP&A. This rare role lets you build the accounting machine from scratch while the company runs at speed.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own monthly and quarterly close (journal entries, reconciliations, flux analysis)
• Manage revenue recognition under ASC 606 for consumption/usage contracts
• Handle sales tax compliance (nexus study, Avalara implementation, VDA)
• Lead audit relationship and annual audit execution
• Design and document internal controls for audit readiness

📋 Requirements

• CPA required
• 5–9 years of Big 4 or Senior Manager at VC-backed SaaS company
• Deep ASC 606 depth with usage-based revenue experience
• NetSuite experience (implementation or heavy operational use)
