💼 About This Role

You'll build a new customer success function for an AI platform powering global debt markets, partnering with account managers to drive product adoption. You'll develop bespoke KPIs and strategies to ensure clients fully leverage our platform, using data to enhance their workflows. This role offers the chance to shape strategy from scratch at a rapidly scaling fintech.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Become a 9fin expert with strong product knowledge.
  • Partner with account managers on growth projects.
  • Act as voice of client in internal projects.
  • Develop bespoke KPIs and data-driven insights for accounts.
  • Expand network of contacts within each account.

📋 Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of account management or Customer Success experience.
  • Strong knowledge of financial markets and buy/sellside relationships.
  • Track record managing enterprise clients ($1M+ book of business).
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Existing relationships within Leveraged Finance community.
  • Experience in capital markets B2B sales or business development.
