💼 About This Role

You'll provide basic nursing care and assist in resident assessments at Bethesda Health Group locations. Your work ensures safe medication administration and timely documentation across rehab, long-term care, memory care, and assisted living settings. You'll float between communities and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve resident outcomes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assess residents on admission and ongoing basis
• Administer medications and IV fluids safely
• Document assessments and interventions accurately
• Communicate changes in condition to care team

📋 Requirements

• LPN license in Missouri and Illinois
• Two years of LPN experience
• CPR/AED certification or willing to obtain within 6 months
• IV certification required

✨ Nice to Have

• Three years of LPN experience preferred
• Long-term care and rehab experience
• Bachelor's degree in nursing
