Description

You will facilitate therapy sessions via video and secure chat as part of a 12-week digital mental health program. Your work helps make mental health care more accessible and effective for participants with depression, anxiety, and burnout.

Requirements

• Doctoral or Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage Family Therapy
• Full independent licensure (LMFT, LPCC, LPC, LCSW) in California
• 3+ years post-licensure experience with teens and adults
• Training in CBT, mindfulness-based therapy, and evidence-based care
• Comfort with technology and adaptability

Responsibilities

• Facilitate 40-50 minute intake calls and program check-ins via Zoom
• Support participants in 12-week digital program through secure clinical chat
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care team and provide feedback
• Track participant progress and maintain clinical documentation
