You'll own full-cycle recruiting for senior and leadership roles across the US and EU, acting as a strategic talent advisor.   • Own full-cycle recruiting for senior and leadership roles [Director and above] across US and EU.
  • Conduct thoughtful, sophisticated candidate interviews assessing motivational fit and values alignment.
  • Lead JEDI sourcing campaigns, building diverse slates as a default.
  • Partner with hiring managers as a strategic advisor from intake through offer.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Talent Partner or Senior Recruiter in a remote or distributed company.
  • Expertise in full-cycle recruiting for senior and leadership roles (Director and above).
  • Ability to build compensation benchmarking tools grounded in real market data.
  • Experience with AI-powered recruiting tools and sourcing automation.

  • Experience in the life sciences or regulated industry (biopharma, medtech, diagnostics).
  • Familiarity with Greenhouse or similar ATS platforms.
  • Active in talent communities and comfortable representing at industry conferences.
