You'll own full-cycle recruiting for senior and leadership roles across the US and EU, acting as a strategic talent advisor. You'll build modern recruiting practices, leveraging AI tools and JEDI-informed sourcing. This async-first role offers serious room to grow as you shape Qualio's talent strategy for FY27 and beyond.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own full-cycle recruiting for senior and leadership roles [Director and above] across US and EU.
- Conduct thoughtful, sophisticated candidate interviews assessing motivational fit and values alignment.
- Lead JEDI sourcing campaigns, building diverse slates as a default.
- Partner with hiring managers as a strategic advisor from intake through offer.
๐ Requirements
- Proven experience as a Talent Partner or Senior Recruiter in a remote or distributed company.
- Expertise in full-cycle recruiting for senior and leadership roles (Director and above).
- Ability to build compensation benchmarking tools grounded in real market data.
- Experience with AI-powered recruiting tools and sourcing automation.
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience in the life sciences or regulated industry (biopharma, medtech, diagnostics).
- Familiarity with Greenhouse or similar ATS platforms.
- Active in talent communities and comfortable representing at industry conferences.
