Description
As an Account Director on the APAC Demand Team, you will manage key customer relationships in the Greater China Region, serving as a senior growth partner to top clients. You'll own revenue expansion, executive alignment, and strategic roadmap discussions, while delivering industry-leading client service.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree and 7-10+ years of work experience
- Minimum 5-7 years of account management or enterprise sales experience in ad tech, mobile marketing, gaming, e-commerce, or digital consulting
- Proven track record of managing a revenue quota and delivering against performance goals
- Comprehensive understanding of mobile app/digital media ecosystem
- Business proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of mobile advertisers, launching campaigns, defining strategies, upselling, and aligning internal resources to execute goals
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Analytics, Creative, Product, Operations) to deliver support and campaign optimization
- Develop and execute strategic account plans aligning customer business objectives with company capabilities
- Analyze complex datasets to drive account growth and performance improvements
- Forecast revenue and manage a healthy pipeline of existing and prospective clients
