💼 About This Role

You'll lead a team of Quality Engineers and SDETs on a fast-growing payments processing platform, ensuring quality across all development phases. You'll balance hands-on testing with mentoring and strategy, collaborating with product and development teams to drive comprehensive regression and performance suites.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of Quality Engineers and SDETs
• Develop and execute test strategies across functional, regression, integration, and performance
• Build automated tests, tools, and pipelines with emphasis on efficiency
• Collaborate with product and development teams to ensure great customer experience

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in a QA role with 5+ years in a lead capacity
• Deep knowledge across all testing phases including Web UI, API, and performance testing
• Proven ability to decompose requirements into test cases and establish metrics programs
• Experience with Jira, Agile, JavaScript, Postman, and Cypress

✨ Nice to Have

• Fintech background with payments/ACH processing
• Familiarity with NACHA and PCI compliance
• Experience with CI/CD tools, Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, and AWS services
