As a Sales Associate at ALO, you will drive store sales by creating an authentic, organic experience of excellence for every guest through genuine connection, product education, and community engagement. You will work with the leadership team to analyze reports and implement action plans to achieve sales goals, while maintaining a friendly and easy-to-shop environment.

• Drive and exceed sales goals by leading Alo's Flow initiatives
• Engage with customers to provide a friendly and easy-to-shop environment
• Build client relationships daily with customers
• Analyze reports in partnership with leadership to strategize and deliver results
• Ensure effective sales floor coverage and lead selling initiatives
