Description

You will be a founding member of Stripe's Product Security Data Platforms team, architecting large-scale customer-facing security data pipelines and APIs. You'll design systems that transform massive behavioral data into actionable security intelligence for enterprise customers.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software development experience with large-scale systems
• Deep experience building high-throughput data pipelines (Kafka, Flink, Spark, or similar)
• Strong programming skills in Java, C++, or Rust
• Proven track record of designing scalable architectures and leading technical initiatives
• Experience maintaining mission-critical services with high availability

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a highly available, low-latency pipeline for millions of events per second
• Build API-first products and streaming APIs for enterprise security signal ingestion
• Partner with security researchers to build logic for identifying anomalous behavior
• Lead technical roadmap for data modeling, storage strategies, and abstraction layers
• Drive engineering excellence with focus on 99.99%+ availability
