You'll lead the product strategy for Hosto Agent, an AI assistant that helps short-term rental hosts automate guest communication and operations. Your core impact will be shaping autonomous property management features that hosts trust for critical workflows. This role offers the chance to be the first PM at a fast-moving AI startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the Hosto Agent product roadmap end-to-end
• Design and optimize conversational AI experiences
• Lead onboarding and activation experiences for hosts
• Collaborate with engineering pod on weekly releases

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience
• 2+ years leading a 0-to-1 product initiative
• Experience shipping LLM-powered features in production
• Expertise in product growth metrics and activation funnels

• Experience with conversational UI design
• Daily use of AI tools like Cursor or Claude Code
