Description

You will own procurement across materials, components, and services to build and operate autonomous rail vehicles. You'll be the connective tissue between engineering, operations, finance, and suppliers, ensuring parts arrive on time, at the right cost, with proper documentation.

Responsibilities

• Request quotes for mechanical, electrical, custom-fabricated, and long-lead components
• Own purchasing for MRO items and project-based capital/non-capital equipment
• Review quotes, compare supplier options, and negotiate pricing, terms, delivery
• Issue and manage purchase orders end-to-end, including supplier follow-up and delivery tracking
• Drive urgency with vendors for on-time delivery and escalate risks
