🎯 What You'll Do

• Break down larger projects into individual tasks and deliver in phases
• Collaborate with product management, design, and analytics on technical decisions
• Monitor metrics and support on-call efforts for team's services
• Contribute to hiring and team growth activities

📋 Requirements

• 1.5+ years of experience as a software engineer
• Experience designing and launching backend systems in Python or Kotlin
• Familiarity with distributed systems and AWS, MySQL, Kubernetes
• Experience designing and launching APIs at scale

• Experience with large codebases and code reviews
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
