You'll serve as the primary point of contact for customer support inquiries, acting as a subject matter expert for Gusto's core products. You'll strategically resolve problems and deliver exceptional experiences to uphold trust and loyalty among key clients. This role offers the chance to influence product decisions and work with a Fortune 500 caliber payroll provider.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Build trust via inbound and outbound communication channels.
- Provide expert support for payroll and benefits inquiries.
- Proactively engage customers to understand business needs.
- Identify churn risks and propose strategic solutions.
๐ Requirements
- 6+ years of customer experience.
- 1+ years in payroll and 2+ years in account management.
- Proven ability to support customers proactively and reactively.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Zoom, Google Suite, and Chili Piper.

- Experience with AI tools in customer-facing roles.
- Strong rapport-building and retention skills.
