💼 About This Role

You'll join EquipmentShare's team in Belton, TX to perform maintenance and repair on heavy equipment and aerial lifts. You'll use proprietary T3 technology to diagnose issues and track work orders, working with the newest fleet in the industry. This role offers year-round OEM training and a people-first culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform maintenance and repair on heavy equipment and aerial lifts.
• Use technology to create and monitor work orders.
• Diagnose complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems.
• Assist in training lower level technicians as needed.

📋 Requirements

• Must own tools applicable to position.
• Advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools.
• Extensive knowledge of construction equipment with schematics understanding.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

✨ Nice to Have

• Trade school certificate preferred.
• Experience in field service, maintenance and repair preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements.
