Description

As a full-time Registered Nurse on the night shift, you will accurately assess residents' health, develop and implement dynamic care plans, and communicate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care. You'll monitor residents closely, respond to changes in condition, and uphold best nursing practices in a supportive environment.

Requirements

• Accredited nursing school graduate with current RN license
• CPR/AED certification or willing to obtain within 6 months
• Critical thinking and excellent communication skills
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift heavy objects
• Long-term care experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' health status and environmental needs on admission and ongoing
• Develop and revise care plans based on identified needs through interdisciplinary approach
• Administer medications, treatments, and IV fluids safely and timely
• Monitor resident care and identify problem areas using QAPI process
• Maintain composure during crisis situations and notify physicians using SBARR
